    Blow Off Valve

Unless you are dead set on going with FenFab, the aFe set allows you to use the stock blow-off/diverter. They don't offer the raw aluminum, it's black or red. https://afepower.com/afe-power-46-20654-b-bladerunner-aluminum-hot-and-cold-charge-pipe-kit-black...

Wanting to change out my MBRP exhaust

The MBRP has a simple x-pipe in place of a center resonator, if you have a decent muffler shop near you they can put a good x-flow muffer in place of that x-pipe. Just another option if you can't find anything.

    2025 Towing Capacity

My 2020 has a class III hitch, still rated at 5600 lbs tow capacity. So the drop to 5000 lbs is not from the hitch (class III hitches can support 8000 lbs).

    Trailer package 52t

Without knowing and matching every single component, I can only speculate. I think the Aviators have air suspension(?), that alone could be the difference. It looks like the Aviator was bumped down to 5600 pounds as well starting with the 2022s, adding further confusion.

    Trailer package 52t

Tow capacity is based on more than just the hitch (engine, wheels, brakes, suspension, frame, transmission, oil cooler, etc.). So the Aviator has something beefier elsewhere than can handle an additional 1,000 pounds. I pull my 5,000 pound travel trailer with a weight distributing/anti-sway...

    Trailer package 52t

Based on the towing guides, 2020-21 were class III, 2022-23 are class IV. Same 5600 pound tow limit though.

21 x10.5 rim offset questions and opinion on 22 x10.5 sidewall versus ride quality

Yeh I've been wanting to try it for a couple years now, but it is just not in my budget unfortunately. But I'm with you, I want some sidewall, especially on Wisconsin roads. Sorry, hopefully someone out there has tried it and we can both learn from them.

21 x10.5 rim offset questions and opinion on 22 x10.5 sidewall versus ride quality

A 315/40 tire on a 21" wheel gets you 30.9". I can't say if it rubs up front or not, I've only seen it on a staggered setup where they ran the OE size 275/45 up front and did the 315/40 in the rear.

Not a long shot at all, yes it is still available.

    BMS Battery Management System

Sleep time never worked for me, mine would sit an entire weekend and not reset. The brights and brake pedal did work.

    Grey Auto Stop Icon

Did you reset the BMS after changing your battery? It is supposed to do it on its own if you let the vehicle sit for more than 8 hours or something, but mine never did. It seems made up, but it's legit. Just make sure you wait until the battery icon blinks to turn the vehicle off. Mine...

Brianna is incorrect. I just did the update yesterday and uploaded the file this morning. The file method is still available, 100%.

aFe BladeRunner Aluminum Charge Pipe Kits

I did a search, but didn't see any mention of this yet, but looks like aFe has charge pipes coming, hot and cold side. https://afepower.com/afe-power-46-20654-b-bladerunner-aluminum-hot-and-cold-charge-pipe-kit-black...

    Trailer brake control modules

I looked at the Echo pretty good for a while, but ultimately I figured this was one of those cases where I would rather have a physical device to make adjustments on the fly, rather than going though an app on my phone. They really shine if you have multiple vehicles that you want to swap the...

    Trailer brake control modules

Yes, I have one and tow a 5000lb travel trailer with mine. Just get a proportional one with the correct connector and it is easy plug and play. Mine is a Tekonsha Prodigy, a similar Curt would do just fine too.
