Out of curiosity, which CV axle leaked for you? My left front just got replaced for that very issue, out of warranty unfortunately.

I concur with that sentiment, but I also would like to add it would be wise to have the car towed if the brakes are at all in question.

The fact that the fluid was low with recent new brakes leaves me suspecting a leak.

Some people have had defective half shafts as well. I was one of them.

Same thing that causes any of the other known electronic glitches on these cars…gremlins lol.

Mine was, but I can’t swear yours will be. Some people have been covered, others have not.

I drove it. It drove fine, just no drive modes, I think no 4x4 at all, no stability control, etc.; and it was in and out in a day, just a module replacement. Probably an hour’s total work for the tech I imagine

No idea what those diagnostic codes say since I don’t read the language, but based on those dashboard pictures it could need a replacement all wheel drive control module…those messages (and a few more) came up when mine needed a new module.

Mine was covered under powertrain.

I was a lube tech for 8 years and must have serviced about a thousand differentials…I’ve never known one that needed to be in a specific gear/neutral/etc…I’d love to hear the explanation for that too

Mine was during a colossal failure of the whole 4WD system, but it was accompanied by many other messages as well. Fix was a new AWD control module.

Mine went from occasional rear blue screen to occasional working rear camera lol

The interesting thing is that I’ve had 2 or 3 “software updates” done to mine, and the problem has only gotten worse over time. Basically I just consider the problem unrepairable at this point and go back to reversing the way I learned how to do it 22 years ago. It’s kinda sad that we’re at...

I do get it here and there yes. Depends on speed and how hard I brake, I find. It’s not severe. I figure it’s the rotors, and at last report I only have a few mm left on the pads, so I’ll have it all looked over at the same time.

That’s one thing I like about disabling the parking sensors, it automatically kills the reverse brake assist too. The brake assist in both directions on these vehicles is absolutely horrendous.

Agree 100%. I turn it off on the regular. I’ve been jeopardized by it more than I’ve been helped. And it doesn’t even release the brakes once the conflict is cleared…at least on mine…I have to make a complete stop even if the thing it thinks I was going to hit moves out of my way.

God that’s weak.

I would love to understand how they try to justify having a powertrain warranty that does not cover the system that controls a big part of the powertrain.
