Best tune for 2020 Ford Explorer ST

Ah... "distance indication". thanks for the clarification. i knew it was that pic of the car in front of you that had to be turned off... just forgot where it was stuck. Thanks!

    Lowering your Explorer ST!

lowering springs and wheel spacers help a ton, but yeah, you pretty much hit the nail on the head. the only true way to fill out that wheel well is new wheels. most guys are running 22x10.5 wide rims with anywhere from 30-35 offset.

Best tune for 2020 Ford Explorer ST

you have to have cruise control set to normal (not adaptive or intelligent), and then toggle the switch at the end of the turn signal stalk to turn lane keep assist off.

Best tune for 2020 Ford Explorer ST

up to you. The car actually throttles itself until about 500miles. My usual rule of thumb is after the first oil change. But some guys have seen electrical things and transmission things pop up around the 2500mi mark. So if you want to make sure you don’t have a lemon or anything that’s going to...

    20" All Terrain Setup Questions

There are others in this thread that can chime in but as someone who has owned a staggered setup in the past, I can't possibly advise AGAINST it any more strenuously. It is such a pain in the ass that is completely unnecessary on a vehicle like this. If you truly want the rears pushed out a...

UPR catch can and orange fitting solution.

To be honest, I don't know. I didn't get any of it except for the replacement elbow fitting for the driver's side. Putting on such a nice system them having a jacked up piece with broken tabs didn't feel like my cup of tea.

UPR catch can and orange fitting solution.

Yes, it does come with 3 hoses. Check out their website. There is lots of good info there, including an install video. In my opinion yes. Not only are the hoses much nicer quality but the diffuser is much nicer as well. In fact, holding the two (JLT and UPR) in your hand makes you wonder how the...

    Livernoise tune

Case in point... I'm pretty sure this is the same blue ZFG rig from earlier in another thread with the drag slicks. https://www.motor1.com/news/447578/ford-explorer-st-jeep-trackhawk/

UPR catch can and orange fitting solution.

Two big differences, a) the line to the intake tube pulls vacuum even when the truck is under hard acceleration; by design a PCV valve will only have vacuum at idle. therefore you will get more oil with a upr design as opposed to a jlt design. b) the upr catch can pulls from both the "clean...

    Blackstone Oil Analysis Reports

Awesome! Thanks! What did your drained oil look like? I don't think I've ever seen a brand new engine change-out so I wasn't sure what I was supposed to be expecting...

    Blackstone Oil Analysis Reports

I did my first oil change today at 2,365 mi. I bought the truck back in April. The oil was unsettlingly brown/black. Anyone else see the same? I have sent my oil samples to Blackstone for my family's diesels over the years because we run many of them based on hours rather than miles, and know...

    Replacement Exhaust Systems

just install a normal setup with mufflers and then build in a solenoid activated cut-out for when you wanna get loud. having multiple exhausts sounds like a PITA.

Does your instrument cluster look like this?

Its normal and mine has done that since day 1, its just your particular cruise control settings. perhaps you were messing with the adaptive or intelligent cruise settings?

Which ST SUV Experience location did you sign up for?

I brought my dad so we each did two practice runs and a timed run. The only guy who beat me did 6 runs because either his girl didn't want to do it or he wouldn't let her. He struck me as the type where it was the latter...

Which ST SUV Experience location did you sign up for?

What was your final autocross time? We heard that someone from your group posted a 31.8...That's awesome... The best I could do was 34.4. I did do really well at the biathlon though--got 4/5 targets in the smaller oreo-sized aperture--so i have that going for me. :-)
