    Full 3" exhaust?

considered it, then gave up. by the time i priced out the valves, custom mandrel bent tubing, solenoids, wiring, etc. i was well over $1000. That being said, a setup like this would be AMAZING and I hope someone does it.

    Taming the Dragon

I didn't realize how much I wanted to wrap my explorer purple until just now. The color in that second shot is awesome.

    wipers

Cool! I will do the same. I've turned auto-sensing back on, no rain in the forecast but will post up if it decides to do so. My coating is about 6 months old at this point.

    wipers

like any ceramic coating, it has a finite lifespan. so i guess if it did bork things you could just wait until it wears off in a year or so

    Winter Tires and Rims

so now the question is did you pay stateside prices or have a Canadian collegue smuggle them in for ya? Those look soooooo good. I just cant bring myself to pay the asinine prices they are asking for a steel wheel.

    wipers

I actually don't know 100%. I have auto-sensing wipers turned off on this vehicle. I guess I could turn it on and see.... It's never been an issue before for me or an issue I've heard of.

Changing the wheel design/decision for a third time.

Are these winter wheels or just new wheels? Curious why you went down a size in diameter (if new wheels) but yet went with a wider tire (If winter wheels)... I thought the prevailing wisdom was narrower tires are better in snow/ice...

Anyone order rims and tires from PMC tire.com? $88 a rim for 18 inch and says it will fit our performance brakes?

based on your other post, are you really trying to put a 6.5" wide rim on your truck??? that seems ummmm... not ideal.

    wipers

Bosch Icon plus any ceramic windshield coating. i really really like this stuff. I don't even need to use my wipers unless its REALLY coming down https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01CESR3KU/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_a3WNFbFCBY4K9

    I Went to the Dyno - ZFG 93 & E50

I'm still in shock at the 93 tune... over 100hp... a 25% gain in power over stock with simply a tune.... Ford must have left ALOT on the table with these motors. reminds me of 12V cummins. those things were soooo restricted before they were plopped into a ram. swap out a fuel plate, and BAM...

    Chrome on window switches

its also just sometimes people's hands (different sweat composition and stuff). in a past career i worked on car interior switchgear and there have been lots of studies done (and manufacturers spend alot of time and $$$ working around the problem) about the corrosivity of people's skin. women...

    I Went to the Dyno - ZFG 93 & E50

assuming lots of things, including dyno accuracy, 17% drivetrain loss is impressive. well done Ford. also assuming that percentage holds, pushing over 580hp at the crank? thats insane. and that torque curve... well done ZFG.

    Spoiler/Roof Wrap

Depends on a bunch of stuff. Anywhere from 2-5 years. I have had full color-change wraps that lasted forever and then a simple roof wrap that barely lasted two years. It depends a bunch on both the installer as well as the wrap, not to mention climate, how much the vehicle is stored outdoors...

    Full 3" exhaust?

It depends on your scavaging setup and the exhaust pulse heading back towards the exhaust valves but long story short in turbo vehicles back pressure should be minimized as much as possible https://drivetribe.com/p/how-does-exhaust-backpressure-work-UVtF94NcRtGs2lm_FD8dlg?iid=Z7Dcugv6S0GyVLiVtQMoww

    06 4.8 build thread

For what its worth, I REALLY like the ride quality of the Steeda springs. They match the stock shock valving very well. Super progressive and stable. It will float on the highway a dream but when things get choppy (potholes) or you get frisky, they are super stiff.
