Those are a fantastic way to put a hole in a foot. The best place to mount a pistol in a car is a properly fitted holster on your person. 25+ years of carrying every day including hundreds of thousands of miles traveling…I don’t notice my handgun at all.

You always grease urethane bushings.

I keep a small tub of Energy Suspension silicone grease in the garage. There’s nothing better and you can get it at O’Reilly

You can also cut 3-4 slits into the end of the tip to allow the metal to cinch down around the muffler exit better. That will 100% fix your issue. I use a cut-off wheel but a hacksaw will do the job as well. A band clamp shouldn’t have to be anything but flush with the end it’s covering.

I did it for audio reasons…more storage capacity.

Every wheel company I’ve ever used had testing standards I could look over. If they can show me the wheels I buy meet TUV standards we’ll talk…until then I’ll stick to places that do.

The H7 is about 1.5” longer but the same height and width…it’s snug but it fits. I did it a long time ago.

Quad 4.5’s will look a lot better than dual 5’s in the oem opening. I mocked up the 5’s a while back…didn’t look good at all.

I used some stainless steel ones on the door switch panels and a silver one on top of the steering wheel…all of them still look brand new.

This is absolutely pointless. I can do the whole plug swap before someone can strip the car that far. It’s a sub-30 minute job.

There’s absolutely no reason to remove any of that to swap plugs. Take the two 10mm bolts out of the hard lines on top of the engine to make a little more room and a swivel and you’re good to go. On top of that if you remove the plastic wiper cowls you only thing you’re gonna find is the metal...

A ZFG tune will give you everything it can as soon as you load it. The transmission adaptive learning is the only things that changes over time.
