81 days at dealer for our 21 ExpST... Well crap, it needs to go back.

That's disappointing, but not entirely unheard of. I've had similar experiences with other brand vehicles. I hate to say it, but I echo my statement in post #13.

It's been running fine since we got it back, doesn't have any leaks, and all in all has been good to go (until I noticed that weird buzzing sound at idle). You're right, though... they've had a lot of hands on it, and after seeing the lack of due-diligence with fully completing the repair and instead them just slapping things back together, I wonder what else they left undone. At this point, if they screw it up to the point something else fails because they didn't do their job, I'm sure a lawyer would have a field day with them...
