Went to the dealer to get it, but before I got the keys, I wanted to see if at least what I took pics of was fixed. Sure enough, the bracket on the charge pipe that had been pinching the wiring bundle still wasn't bolted down... So, they stole a bracket from another ExpST to get it fixed.
They had indeed done the 24S55 test on it, and while they were letting the Ford diagnostics tool do it's 55 minute test, it blew a coolant line off. So, the tech shut it down, put it on a rack and got the line back on (and checked the others), pulled vacuum on the coolant system, and filled it up again. Back again on the test to finish out the time, so that box was finally checked off.
I talked to the tech who did the valve test and he said that Ford specifies to put the vehicle outside, 30' away from other vehicles (so if it grenades it hopefully won't hurt anybody/anything), and to just let it run. He said they keep them in the bays with a 4' wide fan pushing air into the front of the vehicle to keep the coolant at a normal temp, and a tech hangs out just in case something goes badly (like a coolant line blowing off).
Anyway, drove it back and it seemed fine, but I'll be checking the overflow tank in the morning as I imagine it'll need some.
Hopefully this is FINALLY finished for a while, but I've said that before, too...
