Your friend need to learn that applies to things like fluids, filters, brake pads, etc. It does not give you carte blanche to do whatever mod you want and it was never intended for aftermarket performance parts. Ford knows that game and they’re better at it than you are…they can easily connect...

Believe it or not those billet aluminum flags started life as trailer hitch covers I found on eBay. They’re at least 1/4” thick and were screwed to normal 2” hitch inserts. I took them apart and used 3M tape to mount them.

File it under “shit happens”. Strut bearings go bad..sometimes they’re built bad. Sounds like your dealer is on it and it doesn’t hurt anything for you to drive it.

It’s called tramlining…have your tires and alignment checked before you start throwing money at parts that won’t fix it.
