Ford dropped the ball tech wise on this generation. Used all the old stuff, even my 2020 Raptor displays a hundred different gauges, why they don’t do it on these cars I will never know.

2020+ are what work. Your speedometer will be slightly off but not a big deal. And yes, 18” will fit the brake setup on our cars. That is the smallest size though.
