Really odd question you’re asking. All the record holding STs use downpipes. Stock exhaust flows perfectly fine until you go big turbo. Also, Borla would provide no improvement since they’re the same diameter piping as stock.

Is this the factory black roof? If so it’s painted not wrapped. Looks good either way.

Honestly there’s a lot of road noise compared to most cars but that’s because of the low profile tires I’m guessing. Not horrible but definitely not the greatest. I really don’t care though.

I would guess around $600-700 for full front and rear install. I payed around $300 for install of a front BBK on one of my other vehicles up in Northern Nevada.
