The infotainment screen has gone black on me a couple times now. This happens while driving and turns back on a couple minutes after going dark. Music and navigation prompts turn off. Has any one else experienced this? known issue and fix?

There should be no charge whatsoever since it is under warranty. Even if you have the first model year (2020), which carries a 3yr bumper to bumper and 5yr powertrain. I have taken my 2020 into a Ford service center numerous times to fix smaller issues and not once was I charged.

Now that I think about it, the left headlight does beam down slightly lower than the right. I'll give the adjustment a try to see if it improves the alignment.

Before installing aftermarket vinyl inlays, remove the red ST inlays. The red will peak through on certain spots if you don't. The chrome underneath makes for a cleaner look when done this way.

Yep, just tested that out. No hand mounts to grab and hard to open and close. Guess I will have to show the issue to the service tech in person next time I go in for service. However, after reading multiple forums and posts, no real clear cut solution from what I have seen.

So I assume once I turn it off it will just revert to manually opening and closing and that won't damage any components? Granted the "components" are already an issue.

Used the other key fob and same issue was replicated. On one instance the liftgate only opened halfway.
