    Bad Vibration After Tire Rotation

I took my ST in for an oil change and tire rotation on 10/18. I then drove the next day at highway speeds with no issues at all. Fast forward to yesterday and I noticed a bad vibration and slight wheel shake at highway speeds. I called into the Ford service department and asked them if the tires...

    Thermal R&D 2.5" vs. 3"

Is there any drone with the 3"? I mostly drive alone but have the family with me on occasion. Also, forgive my lack of experience but do any of the Ford electronic systems need to be flashed/updated once installed? Have any fault codes been triggered after installation?

    Thermal R&D 2.5" vs. 3"

If this has already been addressed, feel free to provide the url links. I am debating between the 2.5" and 3" Thermal R&D cat back exhaust. Any pros and cons of going with either or? Main differences, etc.? Just looking for opinions at this point.

    Exhaust smell

So my cat was so bad that it made a slight buzzing/rattling sound coming from the driver side engine bay/firewall from exhaust leak when accelerating. Do you notice that by chance?

    Exhaust smell

100% go to another dealership and call Ford directly as well to let them know the issue. If another dealership cannot locate the issue, Ford will send out a tech to take a look. Exhaust smell in the cabin is no bueno.

    Exhaust smell

It's the cat. I had the same issue and had it replaced under the recall, which fixed the issue.

    The Blue Oval

Save yourself the time and effort and purchase these. Use a heat source to loosen the viynl a bit to correctly shape to the boarder, letters, etc. Installed mine, which took about 20 minutes and no issues after about six months...

    Hands Free Rear Hatch Release

I've had nothing but issues with my hands free sensor. Liftgate would open on its own unexpectedly. Ended up disconnecting the sensor altogether.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

I've been considering doing this for some time now. If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost? Also, let us know how it holds up. I've seen other threads where the paint was pealing due to the lack of prep work.

    Bad MPG

You have to manually turn it off every time you start the vehicle and no option to keep it turned off indefinitely, which is annoying (first world problems).

    Bad MPG

If you haven't already, reset the MPG settings on the dash and drive normally to see what it averages out to. I ran 87 when I first bought mine and was averaging 19-20MPG. I now run 91 or 93 and average 20-21MPG.

    Black Infotainment Screen

I'll check my setting for this feature. I have intermittent delays in the system every now and then.

    Black Infotainment Screen

That could be what's going on. The infotainment system completely shuts off and turns back on. The ST logo will reappear then everything is back to normal. The system would shut off for about a minute or two each time it has happened.
