    Steeda or aFe Sway-Bar?

IRS cars react to swaybars drastically different than solid axle cars. Again…I can’t find a need for a front bar on this car. It’s 51/49 on the weight balance and it wants more rear bar. It doesn’t want more front bar. Just the rear bar is more than 99% of people will ever put to hard use. The...

    Steeda or aFe Sway-Bar?

It’s all posted here somewhere. Don’t remember which thread.

    Steeda or aFe Sway-Bar?

Read post #2. These cars don’t really need a front bar. IRS cars like a lot of rear bar…the front bar added and set tight makes the car almost dangerous on high speed transitions. At it’s softest setting it’s a minimal if any improvement.

Stick fab done and ready for filler tomorrow.

    Steeda or aFe Sway-Bar?

Steeda says they’re doing a front bar. After testing with the Steeda rear and AFe front bars…I firmly do not believe a front bar is needed. The rear one makes a nice improvement…the front is minimal if anything and not worth the price or install hassle.

    22” Wheels??

    Most big chain shops won’t put a 305 on anything less than a 10” wheel. A 295 is a better fit on a 9.5.

Differential rear fill pods…some assemble required.

Has anyone done an Intercooler Comparison?

They’re pretty much all the same…you’re not gonna be able to tell a difference between any of them. I’d buy whatever is on sale at the time. lol

    18" Wheels possible.

    With the correct offset, absolutely.

    22 x 11’s

    I ran a 315/35/22 on a 10.5 +30 with no issues. I went back to a 305/35 based strictly on cost alone.

    FENFAB Hotside Charge Pipe

Nobody has one installed yet. Brett just got the printed jig back yesterday I think so he can start building them. I’ll have one of the first ones sent out but it’ll probably be a few weeks yet.

    Brembo brakes

For the SRT Brembo calipers you need rotors from Racing Brake. For the GT350 Brembo calipers you need GT350 rotors and there’s a guy on the FB groups selling the caliper mounting bracket to make it work.

    Brembo brakes

Offset isn’t what will make the clear…the shape of the wheel center dictates that.

rear swaybar comparison AFE vs Steeda?

Gotta get both front wheels off, part of the belly pan up front and pull a strut out for clearance…then it’ll just barley slide out. It’s kind of a pain in the ass.

    22x9?

So run the 275 on a 10” wheel. It’s almost 11” tread width…it’ll fit fine.

H&R Springs & Bora Spacers Installed!

Except it’s not even. The rear tires are inset right at 1/4” at the top due to the factory camber. Adding a spacer that’s 1/2” wider will have the rears out about 1/4” more. If you want it perfect…use 1” spacers on all 4 corners and tell your alignment shop to set the rear camber to match the...

No, the studs aren’t long enough

rear swaybar comparison AFE vs Steeda?

I run High Performance Explorer ST with Tyler Clark and occasionally Colton.

    Brembo brakes

Considering I’ve ran pretty much every combo of kit available on mine including just a big front kit with the SRT Brembos I can tell y’all this…it doesn’t compare to a balanced system with a rear upgrade. With just the front kit it nose dives like crazy under hard braking. I didn’t really like it.
