Yep, that is the four bolt. See the two bolts in the subframe horizontal to the diff with rubber bushings. The three bolt diffs only have the one on the left side of the picture.

I think I'd spend the money on the intercooler. If I were just going for handling, and not for lowering, I'd go for the PIU shocks and swaybars.

A larger intercooler does have a greater volume. At least one of them advertised around 2.5 times more volume than the stocker. So of course it will take slightly longer to pressurize under boost if there isn't pressure there already. Very hard to say what the "lag" would be.

I had completely forgotten about the AC circuit when I posted earlier. It does indeed affect when the ASS functions. Heat is probably far less of a problem than AC which requires the engine to be running.
