I don't know about the Explorer but many vehicles go into limp mode when something is wrong and will protect the motor like in the case of running out of coolant. But then again like you said, you don't know how hot it got. 230-240, no big deal IMO.

I got one. Already did the software update. Already replaced my 3 bolt cross member. Disappointed in Ford's response.

Alignment is likely $150-175 Their hourly rate is likely $150-$200 Front is about an hour or two at most. Rear is an hour tops. Dealers suck for labor work generally. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
