What was the socket size? I need to order a couple...because I’ll drop at least 1.

If you drop it it should fall to the ground. Home Depot had a complete E torx socket set for $25. It is a E-22.
You’re underestimating the ability of a dropped socket to ricochet into oblivion never to be seen again. lol

It sounds awesome. Had a chance to get on it hard and the check engine light came on and it went into limp mode!!!!
Did you figure out why?

Never figured out why. Called Palm Beach Dyno and they sent me another tune.
Ah ok, thank you. Pulling the trigger and ordering them. Still haven’t decided which tune I’m going for as yet but I’ll run stock tune for a month or so before deciding.

Edit: had decided to order from lethal instead of spd themselves , lethal offered free shipping so why not

Anyone running downpipes with borla exhaust without a tune? Curious to know if I will run into CEL problems ?

I'm also interested in seeing the downpipes with the Borla exhaust on a non-tuned ST. I think @Nick P may be close to getting his downpipes installed soon based on his build thread. Hopefully no CEL issues.

Ah ok cool. Yeah because I may not get a tune just yet. Sucks there isn’t much info on it at the moment but I watched a video on the downpipes for the f150 I believe and the guy mention it would need a tune because of the o2 sensors would read an error. Granted that was a video from a year or so ago so I was curious to know.

SPD Install completed last night and according to my Mechanic, no CEL.

He did say there was a fitment issue from the stock downpipes being threaded and the SPD's NOT being threaded in the connection between the SPD's and Borla just not being designed with each other in mind. He had to fabricate/modify/lubricate the fitting to get it flush and not rattle because of the tight fitment.

**Anyone else have this issue??**

Also he said there's a little noise (barely noticeable - have to really strain to hear it with windows up) coming from the flex-pipe on a cold start for 2 seconds , then it goes away.

Also in between 4th and 6th gear when you feather the throttle between 2,000 - 3,000 RPM's at 50- 70 mph a barely audible noise.

*Hoping the tune may address the noise and will mention to Adam @ZFGracing when we work on the next tune.

Waiting for XPel and Ceramic Coating to get done before I pick it up and will update the thread when hopefully there is some improvement/development.
