I'm toying with that myself. So far the "best" option is likely wolfbox. The 900 pro is around $360. Using the GM OEM mirrors would come out about the same (Ebay), with less functionality, and you would have the design camera mount that has big FAKRA connectors and a way to get power to the mirror.
I am using the G930 as it is a 10in mirror with the additional Wolfbox "OEM bracket". the G930 has a single camera, the 900 pros can go up to 5 depending on the model you get. One is an inside facing camera. Since the power is using USB-C sticking out of the top of the mirror with the video and GPS connections I am using an Amazon Dongar Dashcam Power Adapter (5-pin Type F) where I can hide it inside the big ADAS cover above the mirror. You don't have to run wires to the fuse box and tap into existing fuses.
The "OEM Bracket" allows the Wolfbox Mirror to replace the Ford rearview mirror without any adapters and the dashcam in the mirror sits low enough that the ADAS cover doesn't get in the way of the DashCam field of view.
