Hi everyone,

My name is Martin, I'm from Welland, a small town in Ontario. I recently bought my White 2025 Explorer ST in November of last year. This is my first Explorer. I upgraded from a 2018 Fusion Energi - and what a difference, in the best way.

I recently took part in the SUV experience Ford hosted in Asheville, NC and got to learn a lot about the performance side of the Explorer. Really happy I attended as I've gained a new level of appreciation for the car. Recommend that if you have the chance to attend, take it!

Happy to be apart of the forum. Cheers!
Welcome to the forum.

Hi guys. My name is Nick. I'm from Seattle, born & raised. Been a BMW loyalist for the last 13+ years, but have been on the fence about switching things up over the last year. Been lurking for the past few months or so and finally picked up my 2022 ST about 3 weeks ago.

I've learned a lot thus far and excited to expand.

Eibach springs have been ordered, about to pull the trigger on 1.25" & 1.5" spacers within the week. Thinking about exhaust down the line. Excited for what's to come.

Cheers!

Hello All,
I am not new to forums, but don't spend much time on them, due to being busy with life. I also share message strings on the Mustang and Shelby forums. I purchased a 2025 Black ST in December 2024 to replace my 2018 Edge, that had too many miles on it. Thank you to all who have helped me get things done on my ST off this forum. Mods so far Lowering Springs, Exhaust, cold air intake and front window tint. Looking forward in sharing my journey as I personalize my 2025 FORD ST Explore.

Welcome Aboard!!

Looks like you are putting your signature touches on your vehicle; I've always said to buy them new and make them the exact way you want them. Did you do anything with the stock wheels?
In my past car experiences I have had (4) four Mustangs, two of which were a 2016 SHELBY GTE 5.0 and a 2017 I4 Ecoboost SHELBY GTE. Both were unique to me as BOTH were brand new before they made their way to Shelby American LVN.

If yall don't mind, I would absolutely appreciate any and all suggestions on performance mods as well as upgrades to help with longevity of the vehicle. This one, I really want to pay off and keep. Thank you in advance and I really appreciate it.

Welcome Aboard!

You came to the right place for all things EXPLORER ST!!

Make sure you review your packet of info from FORD; there is a really neat EXPLORER ST SUV Driving Experience Course awaiting you. Ford covers almost everything except getting you and your escort to either Asheville, NC or Park City, UT during your first year of ownership. My wife and I are going to the Utah Experience in a couple weeks.

I will also be going to the ST SUV experience in Utah on the 5th and 6th. Cannot wait. Hope it is more fun than I have had so far owning this SUV. I have not had the greatest luck with mine.

"Glockman": I am so sorry for you; I know about having vehicles that have maintenance/design flaws. I no long have any GM Products because of their high frequency of repair issues. Hope you can get some relief soon. One guy came into the ExplorerST group about 4-5 months ago from Southern Calif and had early on problems with his 2025. He ended up getting a settlement from Ford to buy him out after extensive issues. At one point his ST had spent something like 40 consecutive days at the dealership either awaiting parts or being worked on. California has very strict Lemon Laws that favor the consumer; I don't know about Tennessee.
While you are at the ST SUV Experience, hopefully you will be able to meet some other members who you can talk to about the vehicle's issue(s) or maybe someone from Ford Management may be there. Best Wishes!!
