I don't have any error codes yet. I'm sure it will eventually happen as it is slowly leaking. Do you think the dealer will still address it, or make me wait until the code appears?
Dealers tend not to do anything until a code appears. With just a leak, the dealer will be replacing only the O-ring with the revised part. That said, I externally sealed the FADA leak with Permatex red sealant and also Permatex spray sealant, after cleaning with brake cleaner (as mentioned earlier in the thread). It's been a year and the "fix" has held, so it must be a low pressure leak. It's quite possible the FADA fails because it drains all the oil from the front differential.
