Every now and then my 2025 experiences a really low speed tranny clunk, only at parking lot speeds in Sport mode.

Is that normal for this vehicle? I'm about to tune this thing, and I don't need the stealership blaming the tune!

TIA

These STs have had a long history of having a clunk sound at low speed or when shifting from Park to Drive or Reverse. Ford replaced our read half axles and it corrected it for about a year, but its back now. Its the one thing that makes me hesitate buying a 2026 right now. I'm so tired of hearing it.

I get a clunk/thud every once in a while when i move back/forth in gear. I *think* it's fuel in the fuel tank as it has that dull hollow sound.

It’s cause your axles need to be greased, replacing them doesn’t fix it. Greased mine and it fixed it.

It's a 2025, not a gas tank or axle thing. It's either Transmission, or something drivetrain related.

I've never experenced that with my previous 2020 nor my 2026.
