I've seen plenty of posts mentioning the need to trim wheel studs with the popular package from Lethal.

Does anyone know what wheel studs are used in this design?

Would it be smarter/easier to source proper length studs and press the provided ones out for a proper length/strength?

Open ended lugs are always an option, just curious about others opinions on a better solution than hacking up new studs.

With 1.25” spacers you don’t need to trim the studs at all.

Just go 30mm from Eibach. No trimming and not quite as far past the fender as 1.25. So that on all 4 corners and set rear camber to -.5° and all the wheels will match in the fender.

Would that be Part #: S90-4-30-057 for (2) sets?

It's funny. I mention about having the alignment done at -.5 rear camber and a couple alignment shops say," oh no, we have to go by factory specs", lol.

If a shop won’t set it where you want it’s time to find a better shop….or a shop with a better tech. All you found is a “green means good” shop.

Just bought a set of Lethal Spacers (didn't see this thread ... 1in front 1.25 in rear)... didn't know about having to change the camber or cutting the studs.... Which studs need trimming and how much?

Don’t need to change camber, it just makes it look better. The fronts you’ll have to trim the studs, the rear you don’t.

Yep.. saw that... it didnt mention WHICH studs (well it said "Wheel Studs".. but I took that as a generic term.. guess I was wrong.. I'm an engineer.. so.... that makes me dangerous..lol) needed trimming
thinking it might be worth my time just getting extended studs for the front

Take the engineer hat off and think about things logically. lol
If you have to trim the wheel studs 5-6mm to fit a 1” spacer…extended studs are not the solution.

This.."Take the engineer hat off and think about things logically. ".... cannot be done!
The hat is a permanent fixture..... specificity is the enemy of generality

A software engineer gets sent to the corner store by his wife.

She tells him, “Go and get a 1 litre of milk, and if they have eggs get six.”

So he disappears and comes back 10 minutes later with 6 litres of milk.

“Why on earth did you get 6 litres of milk?” His wife asks.

He replies, “They had eggs.”
