    Ticking sound front left wheel

Just following up on this. I jacked it up and spun the tire and no ticking. I looked at the brake shield as I have superforged brakes. It looked like I had at least 1/8 - 1/4 inch clearance all around. Pulled on an area that looked close. Put the wheels on and it still ticked. Took off the...

Rear axle bolt recall # 23S55 issues

Another bolt isn’t the solution. The solution is a diff brace or a two bolt subframe. The new bolt breaking would confirm the one bolt is insufficient for the 400hp ST. All the problems I hear about the one bolt makes me glad I replaced the subframe with a 2 bolt subframe. IMO Ford is just...

    10r60 fluid level

If you want to heat up the trans fluid quickly, this is what I do. Mine goes on a quickjack and I’m too lazy to drop it and drive around. Parking brake on. Start engine, put it in drive with foot firmly on brake pedal. Raise rpm to about 1800 and keep it there for 5-10 min max. It should be up...

Picture thread: Post pics of your past favorite rides

Yeah I love those too. I almost got a corvette when I hit my mid life crisis but I still had younger kids. So it was a 4-door CTSV for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

When to do mods? New ST.

SPD with ceramic coating. Not sure raspy is the right term. When I put them on it definitely got louder with a different pitch, higher. When normally driving from stop light it sounded like I was racing[emoji23]. Oh and wifey hated it. Coming from a bunch of V8 cars, I never liked the sound of...

When to do mods? New ST.

I didn’t like the sound of my 2.5 Thermal when I put DPs on. I threw a couple of Vibrant resonators to get back to the sweet spot for my ears. Understand the rice comment but I thought it more raspy more than ricey. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Ticking sound front left wheel

This started very recently. Slowly pulling out of my driveway, I get a rhythmic tick that gets slower and faster as speed changes. I have inspected the front wheel and brake several times and I cannot find anything that would touch the rotor including the splash shield. It does not tick when the...

Lowering Springs: Lethal, Eibach, Steeda, H&R PROS and CONS

I had Steedas for two years then put on Eibachs because I didn’t like the cosmetic rust on the Steedas. The Eibachs are lower with no rake. After having the Eibachs on for a few months I prefer the look and the ride seems no firmer than the Steedas. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Superforged BBK Installed

As mentioned above, break-in is the Superforged bedding process. Mine were gtg after bedding. Just an fyi, the bedding process is to evenly distribute friction material to the rotors, EVENLY. That’s why you don’t want to stop during the procedure. If you come to a stop you risk transferring too...
