These days a good set of high flow cats flow pretty darn good even compared to straight pipes IMO. Not like the good old days when you could pick up good ponies going catless. The early cats sucked. We had a Mercury Monarch that was for sale after a snow storm. We let it idle in the driveway...

At least you didn't have to completely remove the front end. I installed the emblem on the concrete floor of my shop. The hardest part was marking the drill holes with the template and I think a 6 year old could have handled that.

I really like the look of the dark FORD. I was fortunate I waited until I was installing the Whipple IC. It added about 1 minute to put the emblem on.

FYI the Steeda rear sway bar will help a lot with body roll regardless of what springs you are running.

I feel a slight lag only when I first startup for the day. Doesn't bother me as I figure its building pressure in the trans or something.

With two bolts the AWR is not necessary IMO. Can't hurt though.

So again tbe two bolt cross member is strong enough compared to the one bolt that there is no issue with breaking and even Ford agrees with that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Do not believe it is leather but I have had no such wear but only 3K mikes.

My wife tells me I have to finish the stereo install so I can clean out the garage before I spend another weekend doing other stuff. After 30 years of marriage I have learned to listen to her o_O

Here's a good video I watched before doing mine. I drilled out the rivets, super easy. I did not replace the rivets with anything as is seemed tight.
