    Waiting on a new toy

Greetings. To answer why you registered here, if you don't tune add tons of hp to your ST and drag race it every day, the chances of shearing a rear bolt are infinitesimal. It's 0.7% according to the POLL I started here...

    Rear end damage

What do you mean "curious what I will get"? If you mean a 3 bolt or 4 bolt, all retail (i.e. "individual private purchases") will be 3 bolt.

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

I also seriously considered doing it, then my cat jumped on my chest and woke me up and I realized it was just a dream.;)

    Rear end damage

Me neither, it seems both you and I are against videos that relay false notions/premises.(y)

Is the interior REALLY that bad??

You did get a great deal, I paid sticker for my ST but because of current market trends I also got an excellent deal on my trade! As a result, my final price for the ST was thousands less than sticker. That's why when discussing "decontenting" we're strictly talking sticker vs. sticker. That's...

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

hahahahaha Boo indeed! Very interesting. Just when we thought that we knew everything about the 3 bolter, we apparently find out there's more. The plot thickens ...

Is the interior REALLY that bad??

I wasn't trying to be argumentative with anybody here, but when I researched the ST before I bought it, that is exactly what I found out.(y)

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

At this point, only FORD knows what they're planning to do (if anything).

Is the interior REALLY that bad??

What happened to the interior not "going to be a deciding factor"? Lol When people buy a vehicle with the "ST" badge, that means they're looking for performance. When Alex on Autos tested a '21 Ram 1500 Laramie Hemi he got to 60 mph in 6.8 seconds. One and a half seconds slower coupled with...

Is the interior REALLY that bad??

There hasn't been any "decontenting" on '22 models because FORD charged you for the additional standard items on the older '20 ST's. The '22 ST started at $49,245 compared to the '20 ST's base price of $54,740 ... the older model showing an additional entry level cost of $5,496.

Is the interior REALLY that bad??

Where did you get the idea that people are complaining about the ST's interior, much less that it's "the biggest complaint"?

    Crickets

They have ST's in Canada? Lol You should contact Sam CarLegion, he's in Toronto and does car vs. car drag races with vehicles that fans bring to him. Great stuff! https://www.youtube.com/c/SamCarLegion/videos

I got that too. This is all it says about the CSP, at this point no one really knows what it does ...

    C&D Test: 355 hp 2022 Acura MDX Type S

100% agreed. I was also keeping my eye on it before I got my ST. 355 hp seemed a bit low to me for a performance SUV, especially at that price point.

    C&D Test: 355 hp 2022 Acura MDX Type S

I prefer the ST's styling over the MDX Type-S, both have nice interiors with the ST costing $14k - $17K less. Type-S is nice, but I'm not all that impressed given it's cost and level of performance. Tested: 2022 Acura MDX Type S Aims for Higher Echelons...

Anyone get frustrated with people thinking you are a cop?

Yes sir, that's exactly what I'm getting. But my numbers are 100% bone stock, your numbers were all on tunes. Don't forget: More Hp = More Fuel

    Ford Performance Tune

    My speculation is ... 4 Bolt Tune = 50+ hp / 80+ torque / 3 Year Ford Warranty 3 Bolt Tune = 20+ hp / -50 torque / You Want What?
