    After Camera Recall

Regarding the possessed tailgate. Do yourself a favor and disconnect the foot motion sensor. I had the exact same issue, which the dealership could not replicate. I called out their BS and they in turn had no reasonable explanation/fix. Went to another dealership, same experience. There is a...

Tire Balance Problems with Pirelli Scorpion's (275/45/21)

Could be a tire belt shifting/separating as well. Happened to me at the 34k mark.

Any ideas what the problem could be for this light to come on?

Had the dealership clear it for me and hasn't came back since after noticing it a few times. Said it was a software update error of sorts and nothing to be concerned of.

Steering off Center!?! Multiple Wheel Alignments CAN'T Correct!

I just got all new tires with an alignment and the steering wheel is now off center and veers to the left when centered. Taking it back to the dealer for the third time in two weeks now for unrelated issues. This thing is most problematic vehicle I have ever owned.

    UNBROKEN’s Iconic Silver ST build

Did you ever get around to installing the splitter rods?

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Taking mine in for a leaking CV boot. So they replaced the entire axle?

    CV Joint Leak

Let me know what the fix is and what they charge you. I'm hoping that it is just the boot needing to be replaced and no other damage has been done.

    CV Joint Leak

Of course Ford cannot get me in until next week and this is my only mode of transportation until then. How safe is this to drive? Or, does it really all depend? I have obligations during the week that requires about a 20 mile round trip a few times.

    CV Joint Leak

Appreciate this. Hoping that it is indeed as easy as replacing the boot and torquing the clamp correctly.

    CV Joint Leak

Welp after noticing a slight vibration coming from the middle of the cabin, I checked underneath to see if there was any visible damage, leaks, etc. I had a serious vibration from a "bent" wheel about six weeks ago that was fixed. Fast forward about four weeks after the repair and I notice the...

    Dr. ColorChip Advice

Purchased Dr. ColorChip and applied to a couple scratches that could not buff out. Followed the instructions, watched a few YouTube videos and even had someone that has used it many times before help out. After a couple applications, the scratches still show through. Any advice from anyone who...

    Bad Vibration After Tire Rotation

Welp the vibration after the wheel repair has reared its ugly head again four weeks in. Not as bad as the first time around but noticeable around 75-80. No steering wheel shake this time and vibration has moved more to the center of vehicle. I have lost track of how many times this ST has been...

    A little frustrated

Well this all now makes sense. I was wondering why I am constantly filling up the reservoir.

    A little frustrated

Front camera washer? I have a 2020 and never knew this was a feature! How do you go about activating it?

    Exhaust smell

I really don't understand how these dealerships are so incompetent to not be able to "replicate" this known issue. I honestly believe that some folks on this forum have more knowledge than a lot of Ford service advisors and techs. When I took mine in for the first time with this issue and the...

RED PAINT Flaking off brake calipers already

Having this issue as well on my front passenger side caliper along with clear coat peeling on the wheels. I contacted Ford directly who mentioned the below. I had this chat transcript emailed to my Gmail account just in case I need to use it when taking it in to get fixed. I would suggest you...

New Owner, 2022 Ford Explorer ST Forged Green Metallic

The reason I did not go with the 3" is that I heard that it was too loud from folks on this forum. Granted, that is all subjective so I guess it's all a matter of opinion. I get zero drone whatsoever with the 2.5". It's a bit aggressive on cold start, hardly noticeable at cruising speeds and...

New Owner, 2022 Ford Explorer ST Forged Green Metallic

You will definitely want to change the flex pipe sections, which Borla does not replace. The OE flex pipes will drive you nuts with the rattling and Ford's TSB to fix the issue does not work. Check out the Thermal R&D 2.5" with mid pipes.

    Nasty Tire Vibration Solved

Mine have this PNCS label on them as well. The OE tires do not mention this within the product description but if you zoom in on the tires themselves, it has this labeled.

    Nasty Tire Vibration Solved

The OE's apparently do not have this "Noise Reduction Technology" Unless, for some reason it does not specify on the product description.
