Could be a tire belt shifting/separating as well. Happened to me at the 34k mark.

Had the dealership clear it for me and hasn't came back since after noticing it a few times. Said it was a software update error of sorts and nothing to be concerned of.

I just got all new tires with an alignment and the steering wheel is now off center and veers to the left when centered. Taking it back to the dealer for the third time in two weeks now for unrelated issues. This thing is most problematic vehicle I have ever owned.

Taking mine in for a leaking CV boot. So they replaced the entire axle?

Let me know what the fix is and what they charge you. I'm hoping that it is just the boot needing to be replaced and no other damage has been done.

Of course Ford cannot get me in until next week and this is my only mode of transportation until then. How safe is this to drive? Or, does it really all depend? I have obligations during the week that requires about a 20 mile round trip a few times.

You will definitely want to change the flex pipe sections, which Borla does not replace. The OE flex pipes will drive you nuts with the rattling and Ford's TSB to fix the issue does not work. Check out the Thermal R&D 2.5" with mid pipes.

Mine have this PNCS label on them as well. The OE tires do not mention this within the product description but if you zoom in on the tires themselves, it has this labeled.

The OE's apparently do not have this "Noise Reduction Technology" Unless, for some reason it does not specify on the product description.
