Purchased Dr. ColorChip and applied to a couple scratches that could not buff out. Followed the instructions, watched a few YouTube videos and even had someone that has used it many times before help out. After a couple applications, the scratches still show through. Any advice from anyone who has used it will be appreciated.

I would keep doing layers of it, until you can't see the primer or metal beneath. How far/deep did the scratches go?

I've had to do that before and it took me 2 days of work on it to get it back to 95% of a normal, before a scratch paint job. That was with BMW Mineral White Pearl paint, which is a 3 step paint, so it took some extra time. I found that using the paint and then the "remover" or whatever they call it, it also removes some of the paint from the scratch you're trying to fill. Just my experience though.

Post up some pics if you can. What color is the paint?
