    Orange Peel

Detailer said they won't touch orange peel. Also, got some pricing for ceramic coating along with services outlined included. Anyone here think the pricing is worth it? ST is mostly garage kept, black paint and in FL.

    Orange Peel

It won't show up in pictures no matter what angle I tried taking them. Definitely noticeable in person though. Also, afraid of how thin the paint is as well. I'm taking it to a detailer that has nothin but 100+ 5 star reviews down the road to get their opinion. I know they have tools that can...

    Orange Peel

A little late to this thread but noticed a lot of orange peel on my ST. Would this be covered by Ford's manufacturer warranty? If so, would you trust a dealership correcting the issue or just drop a few hundred to have a professional detailer take care of the issue?

    Stock Audio Settings

Appreciate the recommendations. Also, Spotify has a whole bunch of setting within the app that I have been playing around with. If anyone use Spotify what do you recommend? I listen to pretty much all genres and looking for the cleanest sound with slightly more bass.

    Stock Audio Settings

Need recommendations here and I'm sure there may be good threads already out there. If so, send me those links. I am wanting to set the equalizer to optimize sound for the factory speakers. I have reset the factory setting regarding the treble, mids, bass, pitch and fade and switched to surround...

    4WD Fault Service Required

Same here the pros definitely outweigh the cons. I knew what I was potentially getting myself into purchasing a the first year of a model redesign. What did they do to fix your liftgate, transmission and rough idle issue?

    4WD Fault Service Required

Ouch and I thought I had it bad. Too bad I bought used and lemon laws do not apply.

First Road Trip of the Year

Where did you get the black ST overlays?

    4WD Fault Service Required

I'm going to keep an eye on it over the next several days to see if it happens again. I was literally parked for a few minutes when it went off. Just one more potential issue along with a laundry list of other I've experienced. - Cats replaced - Flex pipes being replaced (back ordered) -...

    4WD Fault Service Required

I had the vehicle in park after driving about 15 miles in a parking lot when a "4WD Fault Service Required" notification popped up on my dash. Took a picture, clicked okay, turned the vehicle off and back on again. Drove another 15 miles back home and never noticed anything nor saw the...

Anyone get frustrated with people thinking you are a cop?

Quickest 1,400 mile road trip of my life in the fast lane the entire time . Averaged 24/25 mpg at 80-85 mph the entire way. 9/10 move out of your way!

Is the interior REALLY that bad??

Definitely a vehicle by vehicle basis and subjective opinion. You pay for the performance of the ST and not the interior "luxuries." A lot of plastic, creaks and small nuance mis-fitment. I went from a luxury SUV that was way more refined from a interior perspective and it drove me a little nuts...

    ECM cover.

What's the function of the cover? Or, is it just for aesthetic purposes?

    Wastegate Rattle??

Do the flex pipes rattle at all?

    Wastegate Rattle??

Thinking about purchasing the entire Thermal cat back exhaust that includes the flex pipes. This looks to be the one of the few true cat back exhaust systems out there compared to Borla, MBRP, etc. Do you know if the sound is more on the low growl spectrum? Don't want the investment to sound...

Borla S Type vs MBRP Armor Pro

Ford is in the process of replacing my flex pipes and they are currently on back order. Wondering if I should wait for those to be replaced before I have the exhaust installed. Would hate to take it in after I install and then Ford say they will not honor the warranty for the flex pipes.

Borla S Type vs MBRP Armor Pro

Debating on whether I install Borla vs MBRP. Looking for a low growl tone, no drone and family friendly when hauling the wife and kids around. Any suggestions?

    Wastegate Rattle??

The worm clamp that they installed actually make the rattle worse!!! Do you have a link to the midpipes?

    Wastegate Rattle??

Update.... Picked it up from the dealer. Rattle was the flex pipe and not wastegate. Worm clamp TSB did not work so new flex pipes have been ordered and back ordered of course. They mentioned it is a different OEM sku that has been updated to correct the issue to replace the factory installed...

    Wastegate Rattle??

Took my ST into the dealer for an oil change and mentioned that I am hearing a rattle when passing parked cars, walls, etc. Pretty much anything that noise is going to reverberate off of when driving past. I mentioned I thought it could be the flex pipes, heat shields or another exhaust...
