What’s everyone getting for fuel economy?

I looked, 1200 miles, mine says 19.2 on the Fuel Economy screen. Not sure how good that is or how long it reads over (time period). If thats accurate, Id hate to see it when I start using Sport more lol.

What’s everyone getting for fuel economy?

I think my new one is still figuring it out. Hand calculated on a trip, it was 23 miles per gallon. When I fill up on Friday for the following work week, the range is all over the place. My daily commute is pretty easy; in the morning, I get almost 65 miles per hour on cruise for 25 miles. In...

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

That sucks. Sometimes you get “features disabled” warning on the app when it starts having lower voltage.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

That’s not bad for an AGM. Did you have any lower power notifications on the Ford app before it went out?

Seat belt graphic in instrument cluster

You are right. Wasn’t even considering that.

Seat belt graphic in instrument cluster

Yeah, Ive done that on my F150 and work Expedition. I like the alert, if you have passengers or kids, just not the way it is handled by the system.

Seat belt graphic in instrument cluster

Came here for the same annoyance... The real issue—and why car companies often struggle with software—is that something so simple should just be an if-then statement. If you detect weight on the seat and the seatbelt isn’t clipped in, then sure, go ahead and annoy the hell out of me. But once...

CLOSED: October Software Update - Temperature Gauges Display

Yeah, mine stays right in the middle.

    October Software Update Installed Today

OK, two things. The Dark Mode comment was a helpful win. I had CarPlay on dark, but didn't realize the Ford software had dark mode too. Much better. Second, I just went to grab some burgers and grill stuff, held down the power button for 10 seconds, and rebooted the software while riding down...

    Cargo cover for 2nd row

Thanks. Where did you get that? I kinda like the design.

    Cargo cover for 2nd row

Does that one fold up and down with the seats?

    October Software Update Installed Today

I'll have to try. I swear I've rebooted mine with the 10-second power button hold since the update.

My auto start stop hasn't had a problem yet, even after the update.

You can hear the Thermal 2.5" over the FENG.

    Speakers After Update!!!!!!!!

As a multiple Sync 3 owner, I just reboot whenever something weird happens. It's easy—just hold the power button for 10 seconds and then release. I did this once on my last trip while on Blue Cruise, and I must admit, it's strange to see all the screens go blank while the car is driving itself...

25 ST Steering "sticky" on center & does not return to center on its own (bear-left only; bear-right is fine)

Yeah, those 305's are gonna follow any uneven road surface, whether you want to or not lol.

    October Software Update Installed Today

LMAO. Small world. Here is mine... Was my DD until 2023. Sold it because I started driving a lot for work. 2019 NFG PP2. Had a Borla exhaust, Lund tune, Rousch CAI and a JL audio speaker system.

25 ST Steering "sticky" on center & does not return to center on its own (bear-left only; bear-right is fine)

To be honest, driving this reminds me of my Mustang GTs and tramlining. Not sure if it's the width of the tires, which I’m all for on higher HP cars, but it tends to follow grooves on its own. That being said, I'm used to it from the GTs and personally like the way it drives. BUT, when I had my...

Infotainment update is horrible need help

I use CarPlay in full-screen mode, so it really doesn't matter to me. I looked at the rear controls, which I haven't used yet, and didn't notice how much it had changed, so I can't comment there. I do love the AC and seat controls being set full-time at the bottom. They better not mess with...
