If you don’t need a tune right now I’d wait on ZFG. If you put that XDI pump on you’ll need a tune and I’d recommend PBD if you do that and just have to have a tune right now.

The Borla is 2.25” and retains the oem mid pipe. Thermal is 2.5” all the way to the downpipes. Neither are big power makers but the Thermal has more potential. Borla is all oem size...you could just do muffler swaps for 1/4 the price.

The air filter and Borla will be a combined single digit increase. Look at the Thermal R&D/Whoosh Motorsports exhaust and get something that may actually help. That with the rest of your list and an E85 tune will get into the ballpark you’re thinking.

There won’t be any rubbing. With the 1” front spacer you’ll need to trim a bit off the oem studs. Some have gone to 1.25” all around because they don’t wanna trim anything.

You’re selling an HP Tuners RTD. You just bought it from ZFG. The tunes won’t work on anyone else’s car...they’ll have to buy credits and a tune from someone that works with the HP software.

You won’t find hub centric that thin because the hub protrudes more than that. That said...a slip on spacer up to 6mm will still have enough hub protrusion to maintain a hub-centric wheel fit. Honestly...given how much better it looks I’d go ahead and do the 1”F and 1.25”R Bora spacers and push...

These ST’s really like some tube diameter...it knocks the tone down really low. 3” sounds awesome and with the right mufflers there’s zero rasp at all.

You can get a set of 22” BC Forged for like $4100 shipped. I forgot about Velgen Forged...I think they’re shipping for less than that. Both are worth a look and will have the exact fitment for an ST.
