I’ll let Warren speak about the lines. I didn’t even take them out of the bag yet and definitely can’t compare to the oem lines yet. These rotors use the oem calipers on RB’s extended mounting brackets.

Also got the FenFab cold side IC pipe to replace the flattened stock part. I’ll be doing some measurements to compare after I cut the oem pipe up.

Fresh from Racing Brake… 380mm rear rotors with caliper brackets to match, rear pads and a total surprise, braided stainless hoses for front and rear.

Look what just showed up. 380mm rear rotors, caliper brackets, pads and…FRONT AND REAR BRAIDED STAINLESS LINES!!!!

I thought I just did. lol If you want the best get on the list. If you’re content with mediocre…keep your current tuner.

ZFG tuning is literally perfect and there’s a reason for the waitlist. If you want the best…get on the list. 5 Star isn’t at the top of any ST owners list.

Look up what MHz the 2021 sensors are then any sensor that matches will work. I wanna say 2020 is 315 MHz

I have on on the way without the BOV flange. I don’t mind the oem set up but that smashed plastic pipe gives me the creeps. I can’t wait to cut it in half and measure it compared to Bretts pipe.

I definitely wouldn’t do them first. They’re expensive and very labor intensive. I wouldn’t even attempt it without a lift because you damn near have to drop the subframe and lower the trans to get to the passenger side bolts. Either that or fight for hours to rip off the welded on heat shield...

I would attribute it 99% to the DP’s. The stock parts are a restriction as far as comparing them to a high flow cat. The rest of even the stock exhaust is wide open and even the stock sized dial exhaust will support the power levels myself and most others are at. Only a few might actually need a...

My 3” exhaust was me shooting for a particular sound. These things done need it at all. I’d fully expect to see the same gains with any exhaust.

This is an ST group focused on 2020 and newer Explorers. We shouldn’t have to specify.

With the available high flow cats for these things there’s zero reason to go catless. Single digit HP differences between the 2 and no hassles at all dealing with defoulers, crappy exhaust smell and emission crap. SPD’s 5” body 400 cell cats flow every bit as well as FenFabs 4” body 300 cell...
