I ran a switched 12V wire from the dash back to a relay…that turned on the DSP then the remote wires come off the DSP.

SEM texture spray. Videos make it look easy…I disagree. lol I had to retexture the whole piece to get it to match. Even holding the can 24” away it was still heavy.

For those thinking about a "performance" exhaust system

Please point out the exhaust manifolds on a 3.0 EcoBoost. These cars are parallel twins anyway.

For those thinking about a "performance" exhaust system

Nobody even knows what the Bronco Raptor HP/TQ will be yet. They say “over 400”….that could be 405. Big deal. The ST is 400/415…it’s not like they’re gonna add another 100HP in the Bronco. And I surely hope you’re being facetious with that pic. A full tube chassis car isn’t a GTR…it’s a GTR...

For those thinking about a "performance" exhaust system

I can say with no hesitation a Whipple at 17psi making 800+ to the tire in my last F150 was a real good time. Has no traction but still had fun. My 1000+ HP Cummins swapped F250 was a handful but only because of the huge primary charger…it would peak at just over 100psi and would go from 40ish...

    ST brake/gas pedals

Yes you have to remove the original. There are no screws…it just snaps on. The new one will make sense after you remove the old one.

Say it louder for the folks in the back.

Time to put in work on the audio but I have questions:

You’re gonna want at least 5 full layers of chop mat for a glass enclosure and you’ll need to deaden it after that. Fiberglass enclosures will audibly ring. After you get all the layers in place go buy some lead shot and mix it with resin and coat the inside of the enclosure…you can add a lot...

    Bang and Olufsen opinion?

Music should be played as the artist intended it to sound…they’re the only ones IMHO that get to make that decision. If the playback sounds the same as the original recording…it’s correct. Anything else, isn’t. Admittedly I’m a SQ snob…I can’t deal with MP3’s and compressed trash.

For those thinking about a "performance" exhaust system

You can run any exhaust…nobody said you couldn’t. What you NEED though is a totally different subject.

    Bang and Olufsen opinion?

Not really. When we judge SQ systems there’s a very rigid set of rules to judge by. Good is good and bad is bad…but it’s really not subjective.

Can roof rails be installed after delivery?

The vast majority of that would be labor. Anyone with basic tools and an afternoon to spare can swap them in the driveway. People are looking to trade all the time…keep your eyes open for something in your area.

    A fast Ford Explorer ST

It has not and not many miles. It spends a lot of time at FenFab getting new stuff done.

I think it’s a single 4” and I guess Brett uses a lot of those chargers or something.

Can roof rails be installed after delivery?

Of course they can be installed. The rails use all of the same holes as the delete panels. They use a different, shorter retainer up front than the delete panels use so make sure you get those as well. The headliner has to be dropped for access to the nuts…the rails and delete panels have studs...

    A fast Ford Explorer ST

That’s the same car. Kevin had it wrapped. It’s getting large top mount turbos installed now. He’s a good guy…we speak a few times a week and I hope he gets some even faster times soon. Theo Remigio was the first to crack 10’s but he’s way up in Canada and I don’t think has a lot of...
