Just get a dsp that takes optical in and forget the RCA’s. You wind up with too many digital to analog and analog to digital conversions in the signal chain…then the audio is degraded. In this car if you use optical to a dsp you maintain a digital signal chain all from the HU to the processor...

No…those don’t add any extra adjustment. It just changes the sliding adjustment to a cam style. Their ad even says it’s for vehicles with no built in adjustment…which we know isn’t the case.

That Stinger stuff is like several other CLD/CCF combos. They work great for what they are. My whole car is lined with Thinsulate now…it’s everywhere it can possibly be. Examples here:

I doubt it’s a warranty item but that’s 100% rape on the price.

Pop the airbag out, unplug a few things then a Torx bolt holds it on. Take that out and it falls off. It literally takes less than 5 minutes even the first time.

The wheel is just cocked a little bit…it’s straight. You literally have to line it up right or the spokes won’t cover correctly.

I was eventually going to shave that emblem anyway…this just saved me some time and money. With the ST emblem gone and the Explorer letters shaved the whole back is emblem free now.

That one is 2.2ft^3 and I could have easily gotten more. As far as moving the tweeters…those and the midranges were definitely needed for the imaging and staging I was looking for. I should have gone all out to begin with but just had to try oem locations first. Now I don’t use any oem spots. lol
