I'm trying to figure out why my logs did not work. I hit start then wait a bit, it's like 3-5 seconds then hit it and once done I hit stop. Anything you do different?

Yep, I hear it at low rpm even under 2500. I sent a text and email about logging with the current file and did not get a response about that but a response my files looked to be after I let off. I asked again about logging with the current file and the knock and have yet to get an answer.

I’m at a standstill right now because I’m trying to get a response on whether I should log with the detonation or not. I wish there was a way to pay an expedite fee to get quicker responses.

I got an email saying there was no data on my log files. I am at a stopping point until I hear back from them as I have audible knock with the base file and hesitate to run more logs in that condition. Now I wait for a returned email or text.

Cycle the ignitin and the light should not return. Yes the shifts on the base file in sport is too harsh initially, I did not leave it in long enough to allow adaptation because I had pinging with that file.

The filter has capacity till the 5k change, swapping at 500 would not be necessary but no problem doing so. On mine I did a 1k, 2.5k and then will do 5k intervals. I ran by 500 before I had a chance. Once I get past roughly 10k miles (when break in materials slow), I'll be running FRAM...

Just sent in two data logs. There is some learning to the app and I lost a couple logs by pressing the stop button too many times. Odd my oil life indicator immediately went ot 0% after first load of tune. Also, the infotainment display is going up and down in brightness and the UI changes...

My tranny has been very good in stock form since day one so I hope the tune settles down.
