    305/35/22 vs 315/35/22 tires

Go 305/35 IMO. I went with 315 to have the same OD but like UNBROKEN said they do tramline a ton!

    305/35/22 vs 315/35/22 tires

Agree! I'll likely go 305/35 next go around to reduce the tramlining.

    Steeda Or ZFGR Tuning.

It can give them a reason to not cover quite a few repairs. If your mirror motor goes out you are still good. :-)

    Single Differential Bolt

The insert does nothing to reduce pressure on the bolt aside from maybe a slight improvement on angle. IMO a diff brace with pinion bushings would be good enough to leave a factory bolt in, even without the insert.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Just remember getting away with a larger diameter than factory on stock springs only works if you are not compressing the spring enough, especially while turning, to make contact. Example: I had a friend who thought it was cute running a larger diameter wheel/tire setup to "fill in the wheel...

What viscosity of engine oil are you using?

Excellent choice as HTHS will be at least 3.5 being a A3/B4 spec.

What viscosity of engine oil are you using?

Looks like most are 5W-30. I prefer a higher HTHS. With the EcoBoost being prone to fuel dilution (viscosity falling out), plus a tune that increases cylinder pressures, my engine will stay on 0W-40 or 5W-40. I like the extra "insurance".

You will not notice any difference. It is just for strengthening.

Ok. Attracted to the warm engine at night. You could try sticky traps.
