    Looking for help

I've seen this posted several times on Facebook. Most seem to clear the codes and they stay off, while others try steel wool in the defouler or a different style defouler altogether. Assuming the DPs are also from CVF, I'd recommend reaching out to them first as they seem to be quite responsive...

Tune caused P0035 and P2418 codes

OK well that helps narrow it down. You could also try going with Tunes Plus if Goose won't continue.

Tune caused P0035 and P2418 codes

Do you happen to have an intake on your car? Some folks, myself included, ran into EVAP-related CELs with aftermarket intakes.

    Downpipes

Completely agree. My old Mustang with catless headers, no muffler, and a choppy cam was music to my hears. But for my wife? Way too loud. I think the Explorer with the 3" thermal and DPs sounds very good for what this engine is, though I wish it were a tad louder. But for my wife? Also still...

Tune caused P0035 and P2418 codes

Nah, it's this line in the driver's side https://parts.autonationfordwhitebearlake.com/oem-parts/ford-tube-assembly-l1mz6758d?c=Zz1lbWlzc2lvbi1zeXN0ZW0mcz1lbWlzc2lvbi1jb21wb25lbnRzJmw9NyZuPUFzc2VtYmxpZXMgUGFnZSZhPWZvcmQmbz1leHBsb3JlciZ5PTIwMjAmdD1zdCZlPTMtMGwtdjYtZ2Fz Not sure when Ford...

    Downpipes

I'm not trying to spend your money, but just want to offer perspective. I regularly need to actually turn my music down to hear my exhaust and that's with the Thermal 3" and DPs. It's really not as loud as you'd think.

    Turbo "fin" removal?

The Fenfab intakes are what you're looking for if you want maximum noise, especially induction sound. But be aware we're not talking crazy loud. I have the v2 and was personally expecting them to be louder.

    Downpipes

I bet SPD claims that because their setup replaces the stock exhaust'z flex pipe, but you won't need those with an aftermarket exhaust (if you already have one that connects to factory DPs such as Thermal or AWE). I've had CVF DPs on my car for a few months now with my 3" Thermal and love it...

Does your PCV line have a sensor in the middle of it or not?

Most of the typical sites you can purchase colder plugs from sell them pre-gapped to the right spec

PSA for those with Aftermarket Exhaust

I assume it's possible to do this with the mufflers still on the vehicle? And I'll ask again - any noticeable change in volume due to getting the water out?

PSA for those with Aftermarket Exhaust

Was there a noticeable change in volume after draining the water? I have thermal and DPs and swear the turbo whistle at idle isn't at loud as what I've heard in videos online from others with the same setup... this has me wondering if I have water in my rear mufflers.

    Underbody Splash Shield Part #?

Hmmm wonder how long mine has been gone. Obviously there's some protection missing without it, but is it a major issue to not have it there? My old Mustang never had an undercarriage protection piece and it was fine for 15+ years.

    Underbody Splash Shield Part #?

Gotcha, thank you! Does the transmission pan come with a shield as well?

    Underbody Splash Shield Part #?

Would this part also cover the oil pan? Or is that what L1MZ7811778A would be needed for?

    Underbody Splash Shield Part #?

I'd prefer to replace it with a part that would be shipped to me sometime this year :ROFLMAO:

    Underbody Splash Shield Part #?

Can someone help confirm what the correct part number is for the underbody splash shield is? Specifically the piece that would cover the oil pan. Bought my ST used and it's missing the shield piece (pieces? Are the 2?)
