I've never used one of those and my dash has never cracked if that's what the concern is. Then again I've never kept a car more than 8 or 9 years.

I recently had a loaner 2019 Edge ST and my phone was too small for the wireless charging pad so it would move around and not charge at all when driving. My 3 year old Samsung S10+ fits perfectly in my Explorer's charging pad. Only complaint is under hard braking, falls forward and stops charging.

Pull up to engage brake. Rarely need to push to disengage. It automatically disengages when you put in gear and press the gas. Nice feature! My 2013 Lincoln MKZ had the same thing but annoyingly you had to have your seatbelt on for it to automatically release the brake.

Lucky you! I have a 11/19 build with new fuel pump at 11,000 miles, new battery at 18,500, new clutch and back camera at 25,000 miles and new rear glass due to peeling defroster element. I have no mods and drive gently daily rarely going over 75 mph.

Mine needed a new battery at less than 1.5 years or 19,000 miles.

This sad... I bought mine 6 months after production had started and thought I would be ok too. They need to do a major refresh inside out and underneath it seems for next year to get all these issues addressed. I wonder if the team that came up with this mess is still employed!

I noticed this on my app today but my vehicle is in the shop. It's a good idea now they only have one button from the remote fob missing on the app: the trunk/tailgate open button.

To each their own! Can't argue matters of taste anyway. I like all my vehicles stock and the way they were designed and engineered to be. Otherwise I'd buy a different vehicle. I'm also frugal and lazy! LOL I've already spent enough time and money on my purchase. Have no interest in another hobby.

I love to use the front camera button for 360 view which helps to get into parking spaces or clear a curb in parking lots.

I love the feature on my 2020 ST and it does wash everytime I use the windshield washer which is several times per week especially now during heavy pollen season! The rear washer is the one I don't use as much.
