Man.. I'm pretty sure someone else on here told you to "find a real issue to worry about". It was certainly a real issue to me and with everything they had to do, it deffinately was! Glad is has all been taken care of.

It's completely common for body shops or DIY'ers to have what are called "add ons" to claims as work begins and other things are found to be damaged from the incident. Body shops reach out to your insurance company and get it taken care of. Most of the time you aren't even made aware of it.

My $.02 - I use a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water in a spray bottle. I spray it on, wait 20 - 30 seconds and wipe it off. Results would vary depending on how bad the hard water is but this has always worked well for me.
