You are correct for some of the times. Its not uncommon to get a code out of no where that doesn't come back after clearing it. Also, many times clearing a code that may come back will allow you to continue on out of limp mode until you can get it into a dealer.

I believe the oil starvation issue is due to the oil pan design on hard launches. Fen Fabrication has a new oil pan they are marketing to solve that issue.

I a I assume your issue was not on rare occasions and or wasn’t usually reset by restarting. Everything has exceptions.

Screens going black on rare occasions aren't anything new in any Ford vehicle. Nearly all reset by turning off the vehicle and restarting it. Its the wonderful world of computer and electronic glitchery.
