Will Forscan run on this thing?

I don't think it runs on chrome. Windows, ios, or android.

    2022 Ford Explorer Platinum ST

The gearing change is in the diffs. You could certainly re-gear to match the ST if you wanted to.

    Rear end damage

No doubt. Or used in the other 1 bolt applications. I don't know if that bothers me or not so long as the inspect and repair/repaint as new. Its not like it's a moving part that will wear. With all this going on I was surprised I could source a 2 bolt....that should be here tomorrow.

    Rear end damage

I knew better. I had a pile of parts in my garage a month before I got mine. At my age I know myself well enough that it didn’t bother me[emoji23] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

I believe somebody that attended confirmed their Explorers had the two bolts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Rear end damage

Unfortunately, all guesswork until we actually see what they do and if a PCM update I'm sure it won't be long until we get some results. I will avoid having the recall done until I see what others experience. And I am definitely installing the new crossmember even if before we know the results...

    Rear end damage

If it's a PCM change only, my guess is they are tweaking the torque management. Most vehicles have some type to limit abuse. IMO it will definitely involve pulling power under certain conditions. With GM if you pounded the throttle and downshifted, there was always a noticeable lag before...

    Rear end damage

I paid $1400 for my crossmember so 3K doesnn't sound unreasonable for dealer prices for replacement. MSRP is like $2000 for the crossmember.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Seems 4-5 hours is the going rate. Not looking forward to doing mine. Fortunately I'm waiting on my blacked our emblems so my procrastination is somewhat justified.

Anyone tried the 22" wheel from the 13-14 edge sport on their ST

Nice tire! I ran some Continental summer only tires on my CTS-V for a year. They were pretty good and sticky, not great in wet, with minimal mileage......did I mention they were good and sticky :) I'm curious how you like them.

13" sub in factory location and rest of stereo upgrade

Finished 95% of the rack and storage box. Going to line the inside with dynaliner and neoprene over that. Probably secure some straps so I can hold whatever i need down. Probably putting dynaliner under the black carpet I got for the top. All wiring in the amp rack is finished except for...

    ZFG93 baseline

3 gallons of E85 and 9 gallons of 91 should get you pretty darn close to 93. I would use a tester for sure though. Too much risk getting it wrong.

Blacked out Ford logo stickers from Etsy

I ordered the complete blacked out emblems from here. They start with a new emblem and black it out. Expecting them to last the life of the car. https://oemautoart.com/collections/2016-explorer

ZFG 93 Tune - Order placed!

Rev limiter is the max RPM the computer allows the engine to run at. Regarding putting back to stock, some do, some don't. It really depends on your dealer. I am not expecting post tune warranty coverage but if they want to go ahead and support it because they don't look too hard then I'm ok...

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

It's purpose it to turn it from aluminum to black :D I used Eastwood Radiator paint. It is supposed to be thinner and more heat conductive than regular paint. Don't know if it is or not but I have used it in the past with good results. I just didn't want to see any bare aluminum through the...
