Haven't installed mine, but it's sitting in my garage. Looks high quality, and sounds great in the clips I've listened to. Also, it's the only one that's truly cat-back so you replace the crappy Ford flex joints. I'd say you made the right choice!
Isn't the magnaflow also a full catback as well?

Like any exhaust system, it's pretty simple. Basic ratchet and socket set should do it. I see no reason anyone couldn't install it . I know the factory system is pretty bulky, not sure if you need a second person for that.
Jackstands and a jack though I would assume correct?

Seriously have no clue what this post is referring to. My has ‘21 ST has H&R springs and no rubbing, and I see zero issues how this could be a problem stock or otherwise. Lots and lots of room.

I realize most of you are mechanically inclined but I am not. I bought the exhaust intending to bolt it on myself because it seemed like a simple enough job. It arrived without instructions. Does anyone have access to any instructions or videos on the install?

LOL I was so confused by it too there is no way an exhaust can rub the tire. lifted or lowered...

Ordered a thermal exhaust system a couple of days ago, no shipping status as of yet, hoping for a reasonable delivery date and all parts accounted for.

Looks like Thermal needs to try some different packaging

My Thermal exhaust came in pretty badly damaged packaging as well. The mid-pipes were perfectly packaged and not even a minor dent in the box, the 2nd box with full exhaust looked like a pissed off gorilla tired to deliver it to my house. I saw no damage to the parts inside or anything missing, as the foam inside the box did it's job.

I want to apologize to Ron @ Whoosh for today. When I got the car back with the exhaust on, Everything was right with the world. WHAT A SOUND!!!! I thought today was going to be a nightmare I got that video early on,in the day so it set the mood. When I went and got it and saw the tips and started the car, it was amazing But again. When I emailed Ron he was willing to help me, and I appreciate that enormously. I told hilm I wasn't going to return it. Besides It was on the lift and The dealer talked me down off the ledge. So I love my Thermal's and I recommend Ron @ Whoosh. But Thermal R&D ? Please use another type of box or carrier 6.24.21.jpg

It is a great system but you will need to adjust to make perfect. Hence driver side a bit asymmetrical to passenger side. I am 54 years old, you CAN do it! The difference is in the details. Have fun with it and all it takes is a ratchet and a deep socket 15mm.

Can you be more specific ? I’m not sure I know what your talking about. What do I exactly do with a ratchet and a deep socket 15mm?

Just received my Thermal exhaust system, packaging is in great shape. Have not opened and surveyed the components but I believe all is good and will be installing this evening. Ordered one week ago today, so delivery was pretty quick considering shipment was two large packages.

Thank you Ron [thumb]
