305/40/22 Anybody Rubbing?

Ok mounted the Velgen 22’s with 305/40/22 Michelin pilot sport 4 AS today - NO RUBBING, NO RUBBING, NO RUBBING… (see picture)

Did you get an alignment after mounting them?

Most people run a 305/40 at stock height.
305/35 is the go to for lowered cars

I have the same setup. General G-Max tires. I haven’t noticed any issues. I’d prefer 35 but didn’t want to run Lionhart or Lexani or the like.

Toyos tend to run on the narrow side. You’re much more likely to get away with a 305/40/22 that way. A Continental might be a whole different story.
