Not so much today as it will be tomorrow. I ordered a UPR catch can and it's scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I finally got in touch with Brett at Fenfab after three emails and two phone calls, but he only answered two of my three questions. I've read so many comments about Fenfab that were not good, so I'm debating not to order anything from them. I get they are a small company, but customer service and communication are also crucial. All I want to order is the cover and backing plate for the ECM and the 2020+ Ford Explorer ST OEM Charge Pipe Kit. However, for the lack of communication, I can live without these parts. I was hoping to at least get the charge pipe so I could get it installed before installing the catch can, but at this rate, it could be 6 weeks or more, but who knows. I'd hate to spend a lot of money with them and then can't get appropriate support. I hope Brett will answer tomorrow. They have yet to answer my previous messages and email.
