Great - now my 3 week old to me 25 ST had about an inch of water in it on the passenger side foot well. I found it when I went to install the security plus alarm. Not a good thing to discover. I’ve dried it out but a large rain storm is coming this weekend. Cowling looks to be inserted properly. Not sure about the sunroof drains but I’ll check the bladder when I get some time.

Just great…

Just checked the bladders and they are clear. Cowl was firmly attached to the windshield with no obvious areas of being loose. I did see evidence that it had been opened before though. And I lost one of those clips somewhere in the engine bay after the cowl popped up - I guess it will meet me in the afterlife.

That only leaves me the sunroof drains? Can I blow this out with a computer cleaner can of compressed air?

Has anyone else that had this problem figured out how to fix it? I'm stumpped on how the water is getting up over the pinch weld!
