I accidentally brought the wrong size rotor and I decided I'm going to try to upgrade my 345mm brakes to the 363mm high series on my Lincoln Aviator 2020. I look through the Ford catalog and found the high series caliper slide bracket and brake lines. These parts don't show up when I use my VIN but they are installed on other aviators. Has anyone upgraded their brakes with Ford parts like this? Will it fit?

(I am aware I'm on the ST forum but it's my understanding they are virtually identical vehicles. The high series brake caliper would be equivalent to the red caliper on the ST if I'm not mistaken)

If you want to upgrade from your base brakes to the bigger ones, you need the calipers, rotors, mounting brackets and that’s it.

Ok thanks, I was just thinking that maybe the caliper wouldn't be compatible

Yeah it isn’t, you need the bigger calipers with their mounting brackets.

By bracket you're referring to this correct or are you referring to a bracket between the caliper and the knuckle.

Yep that’s what I’m talking about.

Any follow up to this upgrade? I will be shopping for rotors and pads for my wife's Aviator and I would like to see about the 363mm upgrade vs the GT350.

She doesn't "need" the bling of the GT350........but if parts are in the same ballpark for the price, I would definitely consider them.
