Three updates:
1) With the rear lifted on one unijack there is 14in of clearance at the front jack point to get a 2nd one under there. This is more than enough to get the pin in a low enough hole to get the front wheel off the ground.

2) Rubber pinch weld pad is a waste of time. After 4 lifts it was basically cut in half rendering it useless.

3) I left the rubber pad off when I lifted the front & put the jack right next to the pinch weld on the inboard side. I poked a finger though one of the holes down there & discovered there is some major structure right there, Not quite 1/4in plate, but close enough. With the jack in that position & without the rubber pad I could get the pin in the 5th hole & that got the wheel about an inch off the ground.
