Sync 3 to Sync 4 upgrade

Are the kinks worked out on these things, or is it still a tradeoff between a big screen and some loss of funtionality/integration?

Working:
Navigation is working (But got a APIM with NAV) (11/8/2024)
Ford Pass (Remote Start, Lock, unlock, Honk/Light Locate, Location and Vehicle Health) 2/27/2025
Radio Button
Rear Camera
Rear A/C Control
Heated Seat Control
Sirius XM (Wrong radio in the program)

Cons:
AC vent knobs will be blocked. See Pictures.
Trailer Setting does not work (I guess the escape does not have trailer setting)
HVAC does not turn down when on the phone.

I would not work from www.fordsync4.com they will not reply with problem with the system.
