Im wanting to get a catch can and a 93 or E50 tune. any recommendations?

ZFG tune is the only way to go. Catch can is good. You will definitely need an intercooler. There is a huge rabbit hole that you can go down as far as aftermarket parts, what are you looking to do with the car? Also, you were mentioning you had a 1-bolt differential, you will want a diff brace for the car.
