Looks good!

Did you have to Trim the bump stops?
I did not trim mine. My buddy had them installed before me and didn’t trim his. He didn’t have any issues so I left mine alone. Hasn’t been an issue on mine either. The instructions Eibach provides does show you what to trim them down to if you decide to.

I’ve never heard of anyone trimming the bump stops.

Weird that they show the bump stop modification but don’t tell you to cut them off. I’m guessing the arrows indicate how much to remove? 2025-01-03 15 26 50.jpg

This is a good video explaining it.

Eibach springs and Eibach spacers here on my 2023. I installed them 10.5K miles ago and have been extremely happy with the decision. I receive nothing but compliments on this "look".
I recommend it and would do it again!

Always been an Eibach fan personally. Just had the Pro-Kit installed over the weekend. Looks much better lowered. View attachment 27081
Killer! Hows the ride compared to stock? Does it bottom out on speed bumps? Any pros and cons you can provide? I am very close to pulling the trigger on the Pro Kit Eibach

I haven’t noticed any difference in ride quality from stock. Feels really good. Haven’t bottomed out on speed bumps even without trimming the bump stops. Honestly don’t have any cons other than it taking a while to get the alignment just right after install.

Hey
Looking at 3 options for lowering springs:
1. Steeda - smallest amount of drop (about 1.25"), stiffest of 3, good for weight handling/towing
2. Eibach - medium drop (1.3-1.6), softest of 3, keeps somewhat of a rake
3. H&R - lowest drop (1.6-1.75), medium stiffness, best handling, no rake.
Is this correct? I'm leaning towards Eibachs since at times I'll be loading my car with people and ski gear and want a comfy highway ride.
Do Eibachs on STs sag a lot over time, like on mavericks?
Thank you
Yeah, I had Steedas and switched to Eibach. Better ride and better drop. Little rake on it.

I was on Eibach's and the ride was good. I switched to H&R's though. More drop (1.6 and 1.75) and I like the look better. Still a good ride. They are available for $360 on Panda Motorworks.com with the dicount code SPRING. Most everywhere else they are $599.

I just ordered a set of Eibachs to replace my Steeda springs. While I liked the ride the rears are pretty much completely rusted in just short of three years. Fronts are still good. I’m getting ready to do shocks and struts and I saw the springs. I’ll try to get some before and after pics and measurements when they come in.

No pics yet but the Eibach are lower than the Steeda by about 3/4” maybe a tad more in back. No noticeable ride difference but only a couple miles. I’ll let them settle for a week then take some pics and offer a ride comparison to the Steeda springs. Probably selling my springs cheap after I know I like the Eibachs.

Here’s a lousy pic with the Eibachs and 295/49R22’s. Ride around town feels the same as Steedas. No highway driving yet.

Looks terrific,

My question has to do with ride as well as the amount of drop.I love the way this looks but one of my complaints about stock springs is the stiff ride. My BMW M3 rides more luxurious as this SUV.

Thanks in advance,

Looks great! Have you had any issues with rubbing? I just ordered a set of 22x10.5 +30 offset wheels and are planning on using 295/40R22's which are a shorter tire than you are using. Also have you towed with the eibach springs and had any issues? I'm trying to decide between the eibachs and h&r"s

Thanks. No rubbing. Slightly firmer ride. Never towed. Never bottomed springs. Very happy with them. Also running 295/40R22 Michelins.

I think it's going to be the most noticeable spending on your mileage when you lower it. I had 50k before doing springs and was doing them since I had to get front apart for bad strut mount anyways. Going from stock w/noisy front end back to em struts and lowered it was obviously like have a new ride. Deff more firm and planted but almost exactly how I remembered it when I first bought her...just better in the turns and no more bouncing at stops or from a dig at the light.
