Still getting used to the launches. I’ll get a draggy one of these days.

My butt dyno is happy tho.

I have that same app…compared to the Dragy it’s off a fair amount. The 0-60 on my P3 gauge is off as well.
Still need to get the P3. Been doing house mods lately.

Cleaned the motor and installed the strut bar. Finally a little eye candy for underneath the hood.

I quite like that eye candy under your hood. (y) Someone needs to make a shaped stainless and red ST emblem that could be attached right in the air cleaner recess. Just fill in the lines

I'm telling my age here but I like to see a little show under the hood and these Boosts are sooo tough to do that to. Just a bunch of plastic, hoses and wires. ;)

When it comes to handsome engines 351 Clevelands (351 M's, 400's and Boss 302's, Cross Bosses and the likes could wear the same valve covers) with the squared off aluminum valve covers are the first thing that comes to my mind. 429 SCJ's did it too. Crinkle paint finish was very nice too. The valve covers rising up to a flat top just did it for me. Those were special engines.

EDIT: Found this pic, these are the valve covers I think of. One of these sitting in a 70 Mach1 is just right. I had several of these and this just brings back the memories.

Very true! I have the bug to start dressing it up.…. Custom Coolant reservoir and plate over the ECU…. The AFE intake will be a very nice piece to look at as well.

I order the BOV pipe in red also.

What color are you getting from Brett?

Looks just like yours. Said it should be 2 - 3 weeks.

Sun is not out completely but you can see the colors in the wrap. I dig it.

Do you feel this forged carbon wrap looked real? It’s difficult to tell on pictures. I’m looking at wrapping my hood. Can’t decide on the version you posted, “chopped” carbon, or the metallic version. Luxe says the metallic version is the most realistic. Any comments or advice would be appreciated. My ST is metallic blue.

I get a ton of comments asking if it real.

Do you have more pics to share? I’m having my roof and pillars wrapped in gloss black. I’m also having mirrors and trim pieces wrapped in forged CF. I may have my hood re wrapped to match trim since the metallic CF from Luxe won’t be available for months. I’m seriously considering the Hexis shadow forged or the Vvivid.

Ha! Yes! The wrap we have is a matte finish and worth the wait . Glossy looks fake imo.

I’ve posted this one and highlights the shine in the sun.

I have the satin metallic forged CF and it looks excellent. Very realistic, but It’s not available for months.
