the
Steeda differential brace is highly effective at strengthening the 2020+ Ford Explorer differential, reducing movement, and preventing damage from broken bolts during hard acceleration. It increases rigidity, improves shifting, and reduces rear-end wheel hop, making it a key upgrade for performance and reliability.

  • Key Benefits: It distributes loads across the rear diff case, minimizing lateral movement and preventing failure.
  • Performance Impact: It provides a more connected "direct" feel and smoother shifts by keeping the differential in place.
  • Compatibility: Designed for 2020-2026 Explorer models (except 2.3L XLT AWD), including the ST.
  • Installation: Generally straightforward with basic hand tools, though it does not add to NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness

No Sir and I didn’t expect any - for the record I tried to cheap out and bought the AWR brace first. It’s impossible to get the top right bolt back in without cutting 1/2 inch off the bolt (didn’t want to do that) unless you have midget hands with mosquito leg fingers, plus it only protects the right side leaving the left side to twist and torque to its heart content. In short its a POS sent it back.
Yep, I looked at a lot of the info about the AWR and I wasn't sold on it...like you said, it mostly protected the right side. Defeats the purpose!
